About the Sainte\u2011Ad\u00e8le Medical\u00a0Clinic<\/h1>\n

The Clinic originally opened in 1977. In 2019, following the retirement of several physicians, the Laurentian Medical Foundation saved the clinic from imminent closure. It was taken over by young McGill graduates in March 2020 with the aim of providing a population-based service in the Pays-d’en-Haut region, as well as multidisciplinary services supported by various healthcare professionals (social worker, nutritionist, nurse, physiotherapist). Since May 2021, the Sainte-Ad\u00e8le Medical Clinic has become a GMF (Family Medicine Group) and continues to grow. The Sainte-Ad\u00e8le GMF is currently partnered with the COOP de Ste Marguerite de Lac Masson and Val Morin to offer its services to a wider population, as well as its walk-in service.<\/p>\n

The Clinic’s philosophy is based on disease prevention, supporting patients from birth to old age, and teamwork with the various stakeholders in the network. The goal is to have the right professional to meet the patients’ needs. Thanks to the Fondation M\u00e9dicale des Laurentides, several pieces of equipment are made available to residents of the Pays-d’en-Haut (ECG, bladder scan, nitrogen, ultrasound for musculoskeletal injections, etc.).<\/p>\n

We care about the environment and are committed to reducing our ecological footprint by using as little disposable equipment as possible.
