If you do not have a family doctor assigned to the clinic: call 811 option 1 for infections, option 2 for addiction and mental health or option 3 for other reasons.
If you have a family doctor, you can book your SRV online from 12pm (noon) the day before or by phone at 1pm. Use the portal if possible.
